The Solo License is our introductory license provided to all new users for managing Wi-Fi through a single NAS (Network Access Server).
The Solo License does not expire and is free of charge. You can use it indefinitely as long as your account and NAS remain active.
NAS Connection: You must connect your NAS to the Wizone system within a 30-day grace period.
License Activation: You are required to manually activate the license via email monthly, every 30 days, to maintain your active status.
Keep Account Active: If your NAS is offline or fails to connect to our system for more than 30 consecutive days, your account will be temporarily suspended.
No. The Solo License is completely free of charge.
We collect only the data necessary to provide our service and identity verification , in full compliance with the Computer Crimes Act and PDPA. This includes:
User Identity Information: Name, surname, and information from identification documents.
Usage Data (Logs): User login events, timestamps, IP addresses, and MAC addresses. We take your privacy seriously. All data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Wibox is a self-service device that automates Wi-Fi PIN generation. It is compatible with identity verification using a national ID card.
Your NAS connects to the WiZone system via WireGuard or IPsec VPN to securely manage authentication and activity logs.
